Our Team
Tevfik Murat Karaer was born in Ankara in 1960. He started his undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 1978 and successfully graduated in 1983. After his undergraduate education, Karaer started working at Ankara Hospital and was one of the first physicians to perform implant surgery within the Ministry of Health. With the establishment of the 75th Year Oral and Dental Health Center, he served as the surgical clinic manager, head of the infection control committee and assistant chief physician for many years.
Karaer, one of the founders of the Ulucanlar Pediatric Dentistry annex building, retired in 2010. Having successfully completed duties such as Ankara Dentists Chamber delegate and Turkish Dentists Association ethics committee in the past, Tevfik Murat Karaer has been serving in his private clinic in Kızılay since 1983 and has been serving as the founding physician of Karaer Oral and Dental Health Center since its establishment.
Born in Antakya in 1993, Burcu Öksüz graduated from Çukurova University Faculty of Dentistry in 2017. After graduating, Öksüz worked as a private dentist in Hatay for 5 years and effectively developed her knowledge and skills, especially in root canal treatment, pediatric dentistry and general anesthesia, with the many congresses, trainings and seminars she attended during this period.
Öksüz, who can speak basic English, German and Arabic, can communicate more effectively with foreign patients. Burcu Öksüz, who moved to Ankara in 2023, has been serving at Karaer Oral and Dental Health Center since May 2023.

Oguzcan KARAER
Oğuzcan Karaer was born in Ankara in 1993. He completed his primary and secondary education at TED Ankara College and his high school education at Ankara Atatürk Anatolian High School. He successfully graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry, which he entered in 2011 with the first place, in 2016. With the degree he received in the Dentistry Specialization Exam (DUS), he completed his specialization training in the department of prosthetic dentistry at the same university between 2017-2020 and earned the title of specialist dentist.
He completed part of his specialist training (October 2018 - March 2019) at Osaka University in Japan. Karaer, who has oral and poster presentations in many national and international congresses, has also published in many international journals. Oğuzcan Karaer, who taught as a faculty member at Lokman Hekim University between 2022-2023, resigned from his position with the establishment of Karaer Oral and Dental Health Center in May 2023 and serves as the founding chief physician and prosthetic dentist of our center.
Ercan Kurt was born in Ankara in 1961. Kurt successfully graduated from Gülhane Military Medical Faculty in 1984, started his specialist training in the Anesthesiology and Reanimation department of the same university in 1989 and completed his specialist training in 1993.
Kurt, who became an associate professor in 1994 and a professor in 2005, served as the head of the Gata Anesthesiology and Reanimation Department between 2006 and 2014. Ercan Kurt, who retired at his own request in 2015, has been serving at the Karaer Oral and Dental Health Center since May 2023.
