Born in Ankara in 1958, Dr. Yavuz Akçağlar is one of Ankara's most senior dentists, with over 40 years of professional and clinical experience. He offers this vast knowledge and patient-focused treatment vision to his patients under the umbrella of Karaer Oral and Dental Health Center, which currently serves the Çayyolu and Ümitköy districts of Ankara.

A long educational background and extensive experience in prosthetic dentistry.

Having laid the foundations of her dental career at Türkiye's most prestigious institutions, Dr. Akçağlar began her undergraduate education at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 1978 and successfully graduated in 1983.

After completing her undergraduate education, she strengthened her academic vision by pursuing doctoral studies for approximately two years in the Department of Prosthetic Dentistry (Dental Prosthetics and Aesthetics) at Ankara University, with the aim of deepening her expertise in aesthetic and functional dentistry.

Industry Leadership in Private Practice and Implantology

After establishing her academic and clinical background, Dr. Akçağlar continued her professional life in her own private practice, successfully diagnosing and treating thousands of patients over many years.

To maintain his professional practice at global standards, he has participated in numerous national and international scientific congresses throughout his career. His involvement extends beyond clinical practice; he has also been involved behind the scenes of dental technology, serving as the Turkish distributor for a prestigious foreign implant company for three years. This unique experience has enabled him to become a leading expert in implantology materials and technological infrastructure.

Combining his industry expertise, private clinic experience, and vision in prosthetic dentistry, Dr. Yavuz Akçağlar has been continuing his successful medical career at the Private Karaer Oral and Dental Health Center since May 2023.
